A founding partner of Generations Healthcare and Covenant Care, Inc., Stephen Edward Samuelian knows that it is his responsibility to ensure the comfort and safety of those who trust themselves to his skilled nursing facilities, and that starts with the brick and mortar building.

Stephen Edward Samuelian first attained his contractor’s license at the tender age of 19 – well before most of his current contemporaries. He is an entrepreneur at heart, and founded his first construction agency just out of high school. Sacon Constructors, Inc. was awarded contracts with many branded hotel chains and Stephen Edward Samuelian found himself in the company of travel accommodation engineering pioneers like Robert E. Woolley, an early mentor of Samuelain.

Progressing in what he knew would be a life-long passion, Stephen Edward Samuelian expanded his portfolio of services to include residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Sacon Constructors built nearly three million square feet before Stephen Edward Samuelian was approached by healthcare providerships looking for a reliable contract firm. It was here that he discovered his niche and founded Medcon Inc.

Through Medcon, Inc. Stephen Edward Samuelian cultivated his desire to develop safe and inviting facilities that would be used for rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Today, Stephen Edward Samuelian remains active as a Board Member for Haven Health Group, Care For Life, and Generations Healthcare. His time away from the office is devoted to serving many charitable organizations worldwide and doting on his seven grandchildren. Samuelian is a family man at heart and divides his time between Laguna Beach and Park City, Utah, so he can best enjoy his children and grandchildren.
